Kinslayer is a stealth-action game with Resource-Management elements. In it, I did the Level Design, UI, coded the dialogue scenes, the in level music, and took a project manager role as well.
When constructing levels for Kinslayer, I would go through a process to make sure the team was on board and up to date with what the level would look like in the end. We would meet in-person and I would present to them a current sketch of what I had in mind for the Level, than we'd discuss elements of the level to keep and take away until we decided upon an iteration of the Level we liked and then proceeded to the blocking out process. Level Blockouts were done in unity, implementing the agreed upon Level Sections, Puzzles, and other challenges we would have in game.
I took on a project management role with this game as well, making sure all members of the team could reach their goals for each sprint in our Agile-like development cycle and deliberated what goals should be achieved per sprint as well, with input taken from the team on their abilities and schedules.
